Giving Double Jeopardy an Unconstitutional Amount of Shots

Even though we consider our 2018 season on BattleBots a smashing success, we knew there were plenty of upgrades that would help Double Jeopardy stand a better chance against the mechanized rampage of the opposing combat bots. The most obvious area of improvement was the cannon.
